These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kreye AI ("Kreye", "the Service", "our Service") provided by SG Systems PTE. LTD. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Singapore.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kreye, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kreye is an AI-powered workspace platform that provides dynamic content generation, organization, and workflow automation services. SG Systems PTE. LTD. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kreye to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purposes

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SG Systems PTE. LTD. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or process using Kreye. By using our Service, you grant SG Systems PTE. LTD. a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not share, sell, or use your content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of Kreye is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SG Systems PTE. LTD., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Kreye shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
